In the "End of Year" (EOY) competition,
participants have an opportunity to resubmit to a panel of three judges
three images for each category to which they contributed during the
preceding competition year. Their instantaneous assessments are compiled
for EOY awards. Contributors may choose from among those works those that
had previously been judge well or poorly. |
